Join us in our month long exercise in right-sizing the technology in our lives

Many of us at Furnace Brook are going to use the month of February to rework our relationship with technology by doing things like removing apps from our phones and establishing new rhythms around screens and devices. Participation is purely voluntary, but we are encouraging everyone who is curious to sign up for the Digital Fast. Those who sign up will get instructions, resources, accountability, and a sense of community as we take this challenge together. 
And, yes, we are aware of the irony of using a website to sign up for a Digital Fast!
