Faith Coach Resources

Spiritual Health Gauge and Profiles
Faith Coach Team Core Values
  • Desire to see God’s children discover their true purpose in Him (through a living relationship with scripture)
  • Be a group of encouragers
  • Having high expectations while being full of grace

The Faith Coach Team Method
  • The Faith Coach Team meets monthly to discuss the ongoing progress of those being equipped, and for group training.
  • Each faith coach is expected to connect with all of the people on that coach’s list at least once every 6 months. During these meetings faith coaches will:
    • Take each person’s spiritual temperature. (Do you have a relationship with Jesus. Have you been filled with the Holy Spirit? etc. )
    • Ask about participation in discipleship or small groups.
    • Assess progress in determining what is the “good work” that God has “prepared in advance for us to do.”
    • Identify next steps for the fulfillment of that calling.
    • Offer accountability for the fulfillment of that calling.
    • Ask if they have any questions.
